Route Service Representative Job Duties
Our Route Service Representatives are valued and respected. They’re the face of our company, and are expected to maintain professionalism behind the wheel and in person.
A Route Service Representative will:
- Have weekly visitation and management of assigned accounts
- Deliver clean materials and pick up used materials to be cleaned
- Manage customer invoicing
- Maintain a positive working relationship with contacts
- Develop inside sales opportunities for existing customers
- Generate sales leads of potential customers
Route Service Representative Job Requirements
Because this is a vital position to the functioning of our business, there are some requirements that every candidate must meet. Our ideal candidate needs:
- A clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- An outgoing personality and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Ability to work in all elements of weather
- College coursework or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
