Preferred candidates must have:
- 4 year college degree
- 1 to 3 year hunter style outside B2B sales
- a proven track record in acquiring contracted “New Business”
- Must understand how to take a cold call to close in a short sales cycle
- Must effectively manage time and territory
- Must maintain a weekly minimum sales average while developing a prospect database
Our aggressive and uncapped compensation program includes a $40K base salary plus the potential for monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance. This translates into $55.000.00 TO $75,000.00 potential in year one for the motivated Territory Manager.
